1. Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays). Delivery times vary by location:
- Australia Metro: 2–5 business days
- Australia Regional: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days (customs delays may apply)
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $70 (Australia only)
- Standard Shipping: 7.95(under7.95(under70)
- Express Shipping: $12.95 (2–3 business days)
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
3. Order Tracking
You will receive:
- Order confirmation email
- Shipping notification with tracking number
- Delivery updates via SMS/email
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days for:
- Unused/unopened items
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase provided
Excludes sale items, personalized products, and underwear
5. How to Return
- Log in to your account at toyparkaustralia.com
- Go to “Order History”
- Select item(s) for return
- Print prepaid return label (AU only)
- Ship within 14 days of approval
6. Refund Processing
- Issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after receipt
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
7. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Packaging images
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
8. Change of Mind
For non-faulty returns:
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund excludes original shipping fees
9. International Returns
Customers outside Australia:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Must complete customs paperwork
- Refund excludes duties/taxes
10. Holiday Policy
Extended returns until 31 January for purchases made between 1 Nov–24 Dec.
